All appointments begin with an initial ear assessment, which is required for every patient.

This assessment includes:

  • Review of symptoms and relevant medical history

  • Examination of the ears

  • Determination of whether ear wax is present

  • Advice on next steps

The assessment is included in the price for the wax removal.
