5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require at least 24 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with at least 24 hours’ notice will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may not be refunded.

6. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment:

The appointment may be shortened in order to avoid delays for other patients.

In some circumstances you may be required to rebook the appointment.

7. Missed Appointments (Did Not Attend)

If a patient fails to attend an appointment without notice:

Any appointment fees paid may be forfeited.

Rebooking may require payment of an additional consultation fee.

8. Fees and Payments

Fees for services will be displayed on the website or confirmed during booking.

9. Refund Policy

Refunds are not offered once a consultation has taken place.

Refunds may be provided if an appointment is cancelled at least 24 hours in advance in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Where cancellation occurs within the required notice period, the consultation fee will normally be refunded.

10. Prescriptions

Where appropriate, prescriptions may be issued following a clinical consultation.

Prescriptions are not guaranteed.

Prescribing decisions are made solely at the clinician’s professional discretion following appropriate clinical assessment.

Some medications may require referral to another healthcare provider.
