For selected services, we offer a home visit add-on for patients who are unable to attend the clinic or who require greater flexibility due to work, school, or other commitments.

Home visits are offered only where clinically appropriate and where care can be delivered safely and to the same professional standards as in-clinic appointments.

All home visits are subject to clinical suitability, location, and availability.

How the Service Works

Who Is This Suitable For

Home visits may be suitable for individuals who:

Have limited availability to attend in-clinic appointments
Are unable to travel due to mobility, health, or practical reasons
Prefer care delivered in the comfort and privacy of their own home

We understand that attending a clinic isn’t always easy, and where it is safe and appropriate, we will always try our best to make home visits work.

Suitability is assessed on a case-by-case basis.

How Home Visits Work

A clinical suitability assessment is completed before confirming a home visit.
For this reason, home visits cannot usually be booked with less than 7 days’ notice. If you require a more urgent visit, please contact us to discuss availability.
Appointment times are agreed in advance.
Care is delivered to the same professional, safety, and clinical standards as in-clinic services.
If these standards cannot be met in a home setting, the home visit may be declined in the interest of patient safety and quality of care.
