Each part of the service is charged separately to ensure transparency and flexibility. All care is delivered following appropriate clinical assessment and in line with current clinical guidance.

How the Service Works
Ear Care Assessment
All appointments begin with an initial ear assessment, which is required for every patient.

This assessment includes:

Review of symptoms and relevant medical history

Examination of the ears

Determination of whether ear wax is present

Advice on next steps

The assessment fee applies regardless of whether wax is found or removal is required.
